4performance™ is a software system that uses a simple traffic light display (red, amber and green) to give a quick visual indicator of your organisational situation at any given time. The easy-to understand system draws attention to particular issues and focuses decisions on any critical aspects which are affecting day-to-day operations – enabling you to invest management time where it is most valuable.

The 4performance™ software holds details of all the objectives and the underlying targets that contribute to the successful completion of your objectives. If necessary, these could be variable targets to allow, for example, planning and monitoring of growth improvements. Each will be coloured to indicate whether the target has been met.

4performance™ provides you with the following benefits:

  • set electronic reminders to staff to submit their data;
  • attached evidence such as PDF files, Word Documents or scans;
  • a comprehensive status dashboard with powerful reports generator; and
  • delegate performance measure data input to individuals.

When management information is entered into the software, it will be automatically displayed in a strategic hierarchy, to indicate progress towards your organisation’s objectives. The measures can be displayed in detail or you can generate summary performance graphs which can be exported into Microsoft® Word or Excel documents.

The 4performance™ overview page shows the overall status of your organisation’s key performance indicators – thus enabling managers to quickly identify areas of concern.

This data is drawn from information entered by individual employees who been assigned specific performance measures – or even from automated external systems – thus abolishing the need for maintenance of bureaucratic paper-based systems.
